I have noticed i have to open the app in my phone and then after a minute my apple watch will reflect what the phone app shows, it should refresh when opening it on the apple watch and also throughout the day on the watch face

Ability to change steps and calorie goals

The ability to use Century AI with Garmin watches, without having to go through apple health, as some information gets lost there.

As a user, I want to be able to see the air quality in my current location and whether it is wise to go workout outside.
