Whoop integration

Hi Liam,
Thank you so much for your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share this.
At the moment, WHOOP doesn’t export HRV or VO₂ Max data to Apple Health, which means it won’t sync automatically with apps like Century AI that pull from that source. That said, your workaround of manually inputting the data into Apple Health is a great interim solution.
We’ve noted your request, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team as we continue to explore expanded data sharing and integration options in the future.
Thanks again for being a part of WHOOP — and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can support you with!
Kind regards,
WHOOP Support Team,

I got this from whoop
You're correct that WHOOP does not currently share HRV data to Apple Health, and it’s expected that you wouldn’t see it there. We're sorry for the confusion caused by the WHOOP Coach — it’s a new feature that’s still learning, and we’re actively working on improving its accuracy and guidance over time.
It’s also important to know that Apple Health and WHOOP measure HRV differently:
Apple Health uses SDNN (Standard Deviation of NN intervals), which reflects overall heart rate variability, including both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system activity.
WHOOP uses RMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Differences), which focuses more specifically on parasympathetic activity and is considered a stronger indicator of short-term recovery.
Understanding these differences helps explain why values may not match between the two platforms.
